Many people are very interested in getting a criminal justice degree today. Perhaps they want to become more involved in protecting this country from security threats, whether from terrorism or inland crime. A criminal justice degree can enable you to become a police officer, a private detective, a security guard, a paralegal, a counselor, or a social worker. Some people who have earned the degree may play important supporting roles in the fight to protect the United States from terrorism. Not everyone may end up becoming a “Jack Bauer” but there is a good chance that you may become a “Chloe” type (referring to the characters from the hit TV show “24”).
