Home schooling has been around for centuries. The beginning of schooling actually started in the home and then moved into outside schoolhouses. There is also the factor of flexibility that draws some families to homeschool. Flexibility not only refers to time, but methods as well. There are many good reasons to homeschool and each family should decide based on the reasons they feel are best for their family.
